Wassenaar, get ready for a sporting challenge of great magnitude! The 30th edition of the iconic i4Housing Zwemloop is just around the corner on Sunday, August 31, 2025, at the beautiful beach near De Wassenaarse Slag. Only 130 days separate us from this unique sporting event, where swimming in the North Sea is combined with a stunning run through the dunes of the Ganzenhoek.
Choose to swim half a kilometer or a full kilometer, followed by a challenging 5 or 10 kilometer trail run through this unique nature reserve. Pure runners can also indulge in their passion during the fourth edition of the Duintrailloop over a demanding 10-kilometer course through the Ganzenhoek.
From the very beginning, the Zwemloop has featured a special competition: the classification for the fastest Wassenaar lady and gentleman in all categories. Seize this unique opportunity to beat your local rivals and crown yourself the sporting pride of Wassenaar!
Get in Top Shape with WZK Tri-Team!
The organizing WZK Tri-Team invites all residents of Wassenaar to train for free for two months in preparation for this event. Improve your running condition under the expert guidance of experienced trainers on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7:00 PM.
