Wassenaar – Stoeterij In ’t Groene Hout organiseert op de zondagen 18.10, 25.10 en 01.11 de rustieke Hubertus Herfstritten. Elke zondag start de eerste rit om 11:00 en de laatste om 15:30.
U zit in een traditioneel rijtuig getrokken door zware paarden met bellentuig. Er wordt gestart in Wassenaar-Rijksdorp.
De romantische toer door Wassenaar in herfsttinten eindigt op Stoeterij In ’t Groene Hout aan de Oostdorperweg. Daar wacht de deelnemers in herfstsfeer, in de Jachtzaal een ontvangst met houtvuur, jachtmuziek, jagerthee, bisschopswijn, warme chocola, kastanjes, warme speculaas etc. .
Op elk moment dat U wenst kunt U daarna met rijtuig of ander Stoeterijvervoer teruggaan naar Wassenaar-Rijksdorp, of U kunt er voor kiezen een herfstwandelingetje terug te maken.
De Stoeterij organiseert al vele jaren deze druk bezochte Hubertusbijeenkomsten, en zet hiermee een populaire en gezellige traditie voort.
Dit jaar zijn de bijeenkomsten voor het eerst door een ieder te bezoeken.
Paardenliefhebbers kunnen zich ook laten voorlichten over het leren mennen.

“HUBERTUS” AUTUMN CARRIAGE TOURS
Sunday 18.10, 25.10 and 01.11 GreenWoods Stud organizes the rustic “Hubertus Autumn Carriage Tours”. Each Sunday the first tour starts at 11:00 and the last one at 15:30.
You will sit in a traditional carriage drawn by two heavy horses wearing their bell harness. The tours start at Wassenaar-Rijksdorp.
The romantic tour through Wassenaar in autumn colors will end at GreenWoods Stud at the Oostdorperweg in Wassenaar. Thereafter Guests will enjoy in the Hunting Room wood fire, hunting music, Jägerthee (Hunters’ Tea), Glühwein (warm mulled wine), warm chocolate, chestnuts, warm Speculaas (Dutch styled spiced shortcrust biscuits) etc. .
Any moment you wish, you can go back to Wassenaar-Rijksdorp with the carriage or the Stud’s car, or you may wish to take a short autumn walk back.
GreenWoods has been organizing these well attended Hubertus events for years, and continues herewith this nice and convivial tradition.
This is the first year that the general public can participate.
