After nine successful years as a franchise location, founder Heidi Olijerhoek is taking the reins: Babassu Wassenaar has been transformed into Casa babassu. The beauty boutique and salons have undergone a makeover, and starting from the grand opening on May 9, you will find an inspiring mix of beauty, lifestyle, and fashion in the warm, atmospheric setting of the historic home in Wassenaar.
The kitchen, rooms, and patio of the characteristic building at Langstraat 13 provide the perfect backdrop for Babassu’s new concept. Under the motto ‘mi casa es su casa,’ Casa babassu offers a welcoming and homely atmosphere.

The beautifully decorated house not only offers a carefully curated selection of the finest beauty, lifestyle, and fashion items, but also a salon where you can enjoy expert treatments and pampering. You can participate in inspiring workshops and events, or organize your own tailor-made party in collaboration with Babassu.

At Casa babassu, you will find everything that makes your heart beat faster. Alongside renowned beauty brands such as Natura Bissé, Santa Maria Novella, Laura Mercier, and Molton Brown, you will also discover new cosmetic brands and ever-changing collections of perfumes, fashion, and interior labels. From the artisanal ceramics of Astier de Villatte and stylish blouses and tunics from So Sue to the luxurious teas of Mariage Frères and the comfortable kaftans and flats from Alohas – all personally and lovingly curated by Heidi.

Casa babassu also aims to inspire monthly with workshops in the fields of beauty, health, and relaxation, as well as lectures and intimate, tailor-made events for small groups. Think of a make-up masterclass with a group of friends, or perhaps a tea ceremony in the beautiful courtyard garden.

Founder Heidi Olijerhoek created a beauty oasis in the city center with a relaxed and welcoming atmos- phere where customers immediately felt at home.
